This Privacy Policy describes how the TameChaos marketing website at tamechaos.com (the “Site”) handles information. It covers the public marketing Site only. The TameChaos cloud application and API, which live on separate domains and require sign-in, are governed by their own privacy terms presented within the app.
Information we collect
This is a static marketing Site. We have designed it to collect as little as possible:
- No analytics or tracking. The Site does not currently run web-analytics software and does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
- Technical request data. Like any website, when your browser requests a page our hosting and content-delivery provider processes standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested — to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
- Information you send us. If you contact us using one of the email links on our contact page, we receive the email address you write from and whatever you choose to include.
Cookies
The Site does not set first-party tracking or advertising cookies and does not use a cookie-consent banner, because it performs no such tracking. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate consent mechanism before doing so. [Flag: revisit if analytics is added.]
How we use information
We use the limited information described above to operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to respond to you when you reach out. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and third parties
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the Site, and the Site links to surfaces operated under their own terms:
- Hosting and content delivery. The Site is served as static files through a content-delivery and hosting provider, which processes technical request data on our behalf to deliver and protect the Site.
- Email. When you email us, your message is handled by our email provider so we can read and reply.
- The TameChaos cloud app. Links such as “Open app” and “Log in” take you to a separate, sign-in-protected application on another domain. That application has its own privacy terms and authentication, which apply once you leave this Site.
Data retention
Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records, then deleted in the ordinary course. Technical request data handled by our providers is retained according to their standard practices. [Flag: confirm concrete retention periods with counsel.]
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — such as access, correction, or deletion. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law. [Flag: GDPR/CCPA-specific rights and a lawful-basis statement to be added on legal review.]
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page.
